The Blood & The Bones

A lot of people will tell you to stop looking for the spark.. They will tell you to accept mediocre & be happy with anyone willing to sit contently beside you for a lifetime. They’ll urge you to settle, to give up the search for butterflies & chemistry & a love that’s extraordinary ..

But I don’t think I can.

Because maybe you can find your happy in anyone.. maybe just not being alone is enough for you.

But if there is no magic, no fire, no pull, no desire..

It will never be enough for me.
