All the times I’ve made a fool out of myself for love ..

Although I probably should, there are a handful that are not to be regretted.

Imagine someone feeling so strongly about you, they were willing to embarrass themselves just for the smallest hope you’d remember why you saw them the way you once did.

To feel something so deeply you cannot help but express it even though you know there is a chance of rejection.

To be wanted so much that someone throws their pride away to bare their heart to you.

This does not happen all the time.. in fact, in this day and age, pride often outweighs all other emotion. But to have someone who is willing cast theirs aside just to tell you one more time, with hope in their shaking voice, that they want you.

May we all have something as pure as that someday
